3xacharme jewelry is individually handcrafted. Some designs will vary based on "charme" designs and availability of natural stones.

All designer jewelry should be treated appropriately. Although each piece is carefully checked for strength and duribility, I do not recommend wearing while exercising, swimming, showering, or performing manual labor. Store jewelry flat in a safe place.

Silver metal will tarnish if over-exposed to air and chemicals. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding the care of your new jewelry.

Payment is accepted through PAYPAL service on all orders. A $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be added to each order that is shipped by mail. UPS is the preferred carrier and every package is insured. If for any reason a speedier delivery is necessary, please contact jewelry@3xacharme.com and I will try to accommodate your needs.  Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with the tracking number and expected delivery day.

Most jewelry is available immediately. Please allow 4-6 weeks for any special orders.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, you can exchange your unworn jewelry within 7 days of receipt of your order. To exchange an item, please email jewelry@3xacharme.com within seven days of receiving your order and include your invoice number. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging before an exchange can be made. Please insure any returns when re-shipping. I cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the event that your item becomes damaged, it will be repaired free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, there will be a charge for any materials plus shipping.

You cannot change your order after 24 hours once it's been placed.
